Curt Altig
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Altig is a 20-year veteran of the mortgage banking industry who brings an array of loan origination expertise, construction lending experience, sales, marketing, management and leadership skills to the organization. Mr. Altig’s responsibilities at the Company include sales, marketing and the development of the Company’s loan business. Prior to co-founding the Company, Mr. Altig spent five years as a Regional President for First Horizon Home Loans (purchased by MetLife), overseeing $2+ billion in loan production across 18 branch offices. His responsibilities at First Horizon included retail and wholesale originations, custom construction financing, mortgage operations, financial services, underwriting management and compliance oversight. Mr. Altig is a current board member of Liberty Road Foundation and a graduate of the University of Washington.

Robert Hadley
Principal

Mr. Hadley is a Principal of AIPA Residential Funding, LLC, an investor in the Company, and member of its Manager and Loan Committees. Mr. Hadley is also the President of Hadley Properties, LLC, a third generation development company with a long history of technical and real estate innovation. Hadley Properties has developed a broad range of innovative projects, spanning residential, resort, office, hospitality, and industrial product types. The organization was the first to successfully employ the timeshare model in Hawaii and the first to build a structural steel high rise in Hawaii. Having recently completed a 251-resort home development on a nine-hole executive golf course overlooking the Columbia River in Washington State, the organization is currently engaged in the brownfield redevelopment of one of the largest urban mine tailings sites in North America into Colorado Springs’ first neo-traditional neighborhood community. Mr. Hadley holds degrees in civil engineering and quantitative economics from Stanford University.

Robert Trent

Recognized in 2010 by the Puget Sound Business Journal for having one of the “100 Fastest Growing Private Companies in Washington State”, Robert Trent is a highly successful entrepreneur who founded SDC Homes in 2007 at the onset of the “credit crisis”. Through innovation, experience and sheer determination, Mr. Trent developed a business model that took SDC Homes to one of the top three homebuilders in Washington State by 2010. Aside from being highly innovative, SDC Homes was extremely profitable, which garnered the interest of several national homebuilders. In the spring of 2011, Mr. Trent made the decision to accept a bid from one of the nation’s top 10 homebuilders to purchase his company. After two years serving as Divisional President for Richmond American, Mr. Trent returned to the world of private investment and has recently taken on an active role with the Builders Capital family of companies.

Lynda Meadows
Chief Financial Officer

Lynda Meadows joins Builders Capital as Chief Financial Officer, with almost 30 years of executive level finance, accounting and operations experience. Most recently, Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operations Officer for JayMarc Homes and Vice President and Controller of Quadrant Homes, Ms. Meadows brings her comprehensive experience in strategic planning, impact analysis of financial initiatives, risk mitigation, and portfolio management.

Ms. Meadows spent almost 20 years working for the Weyerhaeuser Company and its subsidiaries.  She held various controllership and financial roles within the parent company as well as in the real estate division of Weyerhaeuser.  Ms. Meadows holds a Business degree from Washington State University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.

Ms. Meadows is a board member and treasurer of HomeAid of Puget Sound; an organization that connects builders and service providers to generate transitional housing for the homeless population in the Puget Sound. She also works with Teen Feed, an organization that provides daily meals for homeless teenagers.

Mark Woodbridge
Director of Sales

Mark Woodbridge has a 20+ year history in the real estate and mortgage banking industry. His past experience includes working as a loan officer at Golf Savings Bank, as a fund manager at Flex Funding Group and also began his own successful mortgage company, Bellevue City Mortgage. He has been a fund manager for several private equity funds. In addition to his experience in the mortgage banking industry, Mr. Woodbridge has fixed and flipped a multitude of houses in the past 20 years and has built new construction. As Director of Sales for Builders Capital, Mr. Woodbridge leads a team that sources, vets and drives the feasibility process for construction projects all over the greater Puget Sound area. He combines his hands-on experience and talent in pairing the Real Estate and Lending industries to provide his clients with a high level of industry knowledge and finance strategies which lead to prosperous outcomes for his clients. In his spare time, Mr. Woodbridge enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys and coaching football.
