Submit a Loan — Five Easy Steps

succeed. That’s why we developed a loan process
that is fast, flexible, and friendly. If any questions
should arise, answers are just a phone call away. Our
staff of finance professionals is trained to offer
assistance throughout the process.
Five Easy Steps
To get a loan closed fast, just follow our easy step-by-step
process:
- Submit for Pre-Approval. Simply fax over a Broker
Submission Form, 1003
Loan Application, and Credit Report to 206.260.1301.
You’ll receive a response within
24 hours.
- Review Loan Approval. Now that you’re approved,
simply submit the builder and borrower required items
for your loan.
Still have questions? We can set up a conference
call to answer them.
- Order Appraisal and Permits. Provide the appraiser
with a copy of the completed cost breakdown, plans,
and specs from the builder. We also require approved
building
permits from the county prior to closing.
- Set Up an
Escrow Appointment. Once our underwriter signs off
on the loan, we’ll send the loan
documents to escrow. Typically, we send to escrow
for closing
the following day.
- Start Building! We’ll send
a draw package to your borrower shortly after closing.

during construction.
