Builders Capital Mortgage tailors our loan programs to fit the various needs of single family home builders in Washington state. Our Custom Construction Loans are made to qualified builders where the builder has a bona-fide contract from a homebuyer to purchase when construction is complete.

We also offer Tear Down Loans for purchasing older homes with the intent of tearing down the existing structure and building a new home. An approved general contractor must be used.
