Going Street Commons
Inspiring, efficient homes. Small ecological footprint.
Just 6 miles from downtown Portland, Oregon, Going Street Commons is located in the Cully neighborhood within walking distance of public transportation and numerous bike routes. The homes are designed to blend in with the surrounding neighborhood, fostering a strong sense of place.
Each home has its own private yard with easy access to shared green space and a community garden. A 5,000-gallon rainwater storage tank irrigates native landscaping and garden beds.

Spacious, two-story homes with combined kitchen, dining and living spaces feature Universal Design elements that accommodate owners at all stages of life. With a farmhouse-style exterior and Oak hardwood floors inside, the homes are warm and inviting. Each has abundant storage, a second-story loft and large, energy-efficient skylights that flood the interiors with sunlight.
Built to meet high energy performance standards, homes feature super-efficient insulation and triple-pane windows—making them comfortable and quiet. Modern, efficient appliances and lighting as well as water-efficient fixtures reduce energy costs while heated tile floors in the master bathroom add comfort. Whole-house ventilation improves air quality by ensuring fresh, filtered air is constantly circulating throughout each home.
